Ontario reports 18,445 new COVID-19 cases on New Year’s Day

Public Health Ontario is reporting 18,445 new COVID-19 cases within the province on Saturday, New Year’s Day.

The company is also reporting 12 new deaths, bringing the provincial death toll to ten,206. More fulsome figures shall be to be had on Tuesday, following the holiday.
