“His X-rays showed that he had two spots on his lungs of an infection from COVID,” she said.

‘I felt so useless and helpless’

Even As Wesley used to be in health facility, Blais was once at house preventing her personal struggle with the virus, getting updates on her son’s condition over the telephone.

“it is the hardest thing I Have ever went through in my existence. It was once so heartbreaking for me,” she stated.

“Simply being on speakerphone with Justin within the room — that is my husband — and chatting with the doctors and not actually knowing what my baby was feeling, that used to be so exhausting for me. I felt so pointless and helpless.”

Wesley was released from medical institution on Saturday with steroids and a puffer, but Kelsey said he’ll nonetheless have to return for more X-rays later.
